Engagement Terms for Pitch Deck Redesigning
The following terms of service are provided throughout the information of the dynamic of work between Venture Biz Care LLC. (“us” or “Venture Suite”) and the client (“you” or the “Client”), (collectively as “Parties”). The terms indicated herein shall be legally binding for both parties. The specification of the Services, such as the number of slides, price and delivery time are provided in the confirmation sent to you via email upon completion of the purchase process (the “Purchase Confirmation”).
1- Scope of Services
For the provision of our Services, our team will work with a finished, editable presentation provided by you, which shall be in English and on either PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides formats.
The deliverable is a re-designed version of the presentation you provided, in accordance with your objectives, instructions, style preferences, branding requirements and any project assets you submit to our team.
Our Services do not include
- Modification, abbreviation, edition, or proofreading of the content. The information on each slide will remain the same on the re-designed version.
- Production of videos.
- Design of infographics or custom images.
- Creation of logos or any other corporate identity material.
- Production or purchase of photographic assets (stock photos or any other photos for specific industries). We work with open image libraries and use them to provide imagery that represents the look and feel designed for each slide, these photos are for illustrative purposes only. You can keep our suggested images or update them later to include your own photos. Alternatively, you can share your photos with our team along with the rest of the project’s assets, before the delivery of the first draft and our team will use them for the design process. Requests for specific photos are not part of our services.
2- Process
Once you agree to these terms of service and complete the purchase process you will receive a Purchase Confirmation detailing the Services to be provided by us and a copy of these terms for future reference. During the purchase process, you will be required to book a call with our team to go over your design requirements and to upload a finished and editable presentation for our team to re-design as well as the corresponding Project Assets (as defined in section III). Once you have completed the purchase process, our Services will be provided as follows:
- Step 1. Briefing call: You will hold a briefing call with our team, to tell us about your objectives and style preferences. In the briefing call, our team will indicate if any additional Project Assets are required for the redesign process.
- Step 2. Uploading of additional Project Assets: You will upload any Project Assets not included during the purchase process and require our team to redesign the presentation in accordance with your needs.
- Step 3. Redesign process: Your slides get redesigned and a first draft will be delivered to you in PDF format for review.
- Step 4. Revisions: You have up to two rounds of revisions included. Once you complete the rounds of revision or approve the final version our team we’ll send you the presentation in the editable format requested upon purchase.
- If at a later point any other means of communication are deemed necessary by our team, booking them will be scheduled according to the team’s availability.

if you wish to have more slides redesigned after the purchase has been made, you can also contact our customer support team and they will instruct you on how to purchase additional credit. the uploading or purchasing of additional slides will cause delays to the delivery times established in the following section.
6- Revisions and Deliverables
Our delivery times go as follows:
- Presentation Redesign – Standard: four (4) business days delivery for the first draft. Two (2) revisions with up to two (2) days of delivery. Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Presentation Redesign – Expedited: two (2) business days delivery for the first draft. Two (2) revisions with up to one (1) day delivery. Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Presentation Redesign – Rush: 24-hour delivery for the first draft. Two (2) revisions with up to one (1) day delivery. Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

9- Service Cancellation, Issuing of Refunds and Indemnification
If the cancellation of the Services happens at any time after the indicated moment and our team has started to work on your presentation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Furthermore, you acknowledge that our Services are provided in accordance with your objectives, instructions, style preferences, branding requirements and any Project Assets you have provided in due time and that you rely on our team’s expertise for redesigning your presentation, therefore, no refunds will be issued due to creative differences that may arise between the Client and Venture Suite.
10- Relationship between the Client and Venture Suite and No Exclusivity
The provision of Services pursuant to these terms of service does not create any agency, partnership, employment or joint venture relationship between you and us. Furthermore, the provision of our Services does not create an exclusive relationship between you and us. Therefore, we are entitled to offer and provide our Services to other clients, without limitation.
11- Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay in our delivery times due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, flood, embargo, riot, sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, governmental acts or acts of third parties.
12- Point of Contact
During the purchase process, you will be required to appoint a point of contact for the project. All communications between Venture Suite and the Client will be managed directly with the contact point through the email address provided by you during the purchase process. If for any reason, the Client requires to change its point of contact, it should notify Venture Suite indicating who will be the new point of contact and his/her email address.
13- Governing Law
All matters relating to these terms of service and the provision of our Services and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these terms of service or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. By accepting the terms and conditions detailed in this document, you waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and the venue in such courts.
